eduSkill Hub (Essential Skills Awareness & Development Workshop)
School Way's eduSkill Hub is a secondary school based platform where students are nurtured through active participation and involvement in different voluntary activities and enlightening discussions to become skilled responsible, proactive transformational members of a larger society who are fully equipped with the knowledge and development of essential 21st century professional skills needed to thrive personally and professionally in society.
It's a 12-week educational transformational journey, characterized by hands-on skill building, real community projects, and guided reflection, designed to move students from knowing about essential 21st century professional skills to becoming confident skilled problem solvers who take action in their schools and communities.
Through this our programme, participants will gain:
- Awareness of key skills needed for personal & professional success
- Understanding of how to develop and apply these skills.
- Practical experience or strategies to build transferable skills
- Insights into how to leverage skills for career readiness and life success
